We require all parcels to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anybody at the delivery address. If there is nobody in when the delivery is attempted, you will be contacted by the couriers to reschedule the delivery. See delivery information page for more details.

For any reason if you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you, however, courier charges may be applied for this service.
